2. Biografía
Ventura Rodríguez was born in Ciempozuelos
on the year 1717.
His father was an Architecture professor and Ventura Rodriguez liked
seeing him draw and helping him. While helping his father, he showed a
great talent.

of the court to Aranjuez, the architect
Filippo Juvara (in charge of the project
of the Royal Palace of Madrid) had
occasion to see some works of Ventura
Rodríguez, and asks the king to be
assigned as draftsman.
The Italian architect then became Ventura Rodríguez's teacher.
In 1741, Ventura Rodríguez already held the position of second rigger of the
Royal Palace of Madrid.

Gian Lorenzo Bernini and Francesco Barromini through the prints that

1: Palace of the Infante Don Luis
The Infante Don Luis palace is a
