1. Pre screening of candidates: Vedicsoft screens fresher's who
fulfills CTS criteria & presents them for Drive.
2. Selection drive: Vedicsoft organize for selection drive at its or
Cognizant premises. Cognizant Team conducts multiple rounds
and Publishes the final selects.
3. Issue of conditional offer letters: Client issues conditional
offer letters to all the selected candidates specifying that they
will be taken on full time rolls after training is completed.
4. Training: Selected candidates are trained by Vedicsoft on the
specified technology.
5. Assessments : All students under goes the assessments test at
vedicsoft before the final technical interview.
6. Final selection : Client conducts final technical interview after
completion of training. The interview will be on areas on which
the trainees are trained.

10. Every students undergoes Assessments on each module
We conduct Knowledge base assessment's for Technical topics
At end of module, student appears for the assessment test ( manual).
Students who does not score more than 70% need to re-take the test.
We normally provide 2 attempts to clear each module.
Test consist of 30 to 40 questions with combination MCQ & Q/A
CIS – Basics – 8 Assessments
At end of Soft Skills training – Every students is provided a topic &
need to prepare & present to the class.

11. Every day – First 15 minutes are spend on refreshing the
topics covered day before.
Encourage student to take topic & present to other.
Built Software images, which can be use by student to
practice at home.
Last 2 days of the training are being used to evaluate
students & provide feedback to them.
