The keys to being an innovation leader are being passionate, never losing sight of goals, pushing limits daily, challenging assumptions, and never giving up despite failures. Leaders must also listen, learn constantly, try new things, change directions quickly, make confident decisions, and trust their team.

Try, change, accelerate, reorganize, challenge. Set a
