Responsible from all design changes per customer specification from marked up of 2D drawings
up to warranty and making sure all design changes meet best practices, (Customer Standards).
This includes adequately providing detail information of customer change request through
marked up 2D drawings; detailed written RDCs; (request change document); which are used for
quotes and as a guideline for Plant to build products correctly; writing work orders (EWO, TWO,
MWO, BMB) that describe issue that prompted change, applicable solution that have been tested
and approved via ETO, (engineering tryouts) mocked up and approved Customer as a workable
solution. Supporting meetings, working with VAPs; supporting build events as needed per
customer; working with customer on cost savings, working with validation to make sure all
testing including USCAR21, 3660s and 1411s meets validation specification before products are
being ship to customers. Use of E2, team center, Vasmin; BOM comparison; working with
warranty, 3D designers, product spec analyst; CML; CAE, buyers and other suppliers and

Using 3D CAD to develop components for wiring harnesses; requires ongoing packing studies to
analyze vehicle fit, while maintaining required clearance from surrounding parts. Creating 2D
drawings from developed parts using Company and customer standards and releasing those
drawings for production according to the prepared development schedule. Working with harness
Engineers to assess the component needs and updating the designs throughout the vehicle
maturation including visiting customer site and regular PMT meetings. Working with other third

Duties: responsible for formulation and testing of chemical batches. The process is implemented
through the silo batching system that runs on the SLC 500 PLCs families (Allen Bradley)
Formulation process is three full: The Silo; Formulation; and Blending or Blender process. After
Formulation is complete, finished product (sample) is than taken into the lab for the Product
specification testing. This is a standardized base on Vendors and corporate specifications
respectively. If test is successful and approved by QA, than product is release and shot to the
packers for packaging. If Product doesn’t meet set specifications during testing, a Non
Confirmative Record, (NCR) is made and place on the entire batch pending investigation by
Chemists and QA.
