VALUES
basic and fundamental beliefs that guide or motivate attitudes or actions
describe the personal qualities we choose to embody to guide our
actions; the sort of person we want to be; the manner in which we treat
ourselves and others, and our interaction with the world around us
motive behind purposeful action.
Nahuli mo ang jowa ng friend mo na may kasamang
babae, nagsasamgyup pakatapos magwithdraw sa
TES. Base sa observation mo, very clingy sila with
each other. What will you do?
Situation:
a. Sasabihin sa friend kung anong Nakita ko.
b. Magpapatay malisya nalang dahil wala ako sa
lugar to talk.
Ikaw ay isang teacher at nahuli mo ang
student mo na may hawak na kodego.
Ano ang gagawin mo?
Situation:
a. Papalabasin siya sa classroom
makatapos pagalitan.
b. Hindi muna siya papansinin at
ipapatawag nalang pakatapos ng exam.
Nalaman mo na nagbubulsa ng pera ang
class president nyo na bestfriend mo. Ano
ang gagawin mo?
Situation:
a. Isusumbong siya sa teacher
b. Tatahimik nalang at pagtatakpan ang
kaibigan.
WHY TEACH VALUES?
VALUES BEGIN AT HOME, and
DEVELOPED AT SCHOOL.

Manners before

It is believed that the goal for

good manners and to develop

Values Integration is a channel of values
development through the teaching-
learning activities in the different learning
areas.
The starting point of values integration is the
nature of the learning areas and their
unique contribution as bodies of
knowledge.

L I V E
Teachers first identify the concepts to be
developed in the lesson;
then, develops the values inherent in the
subject.
Values Integration does not mean quoting
a value and discussing it.
It is Leading the students to see a personal
meaning in whatever teachers teach in
the classroom
