 Active static charge eliminating bars are shock-less static discharge
bars, designed for neutralising electrostatic charges from moving
surfaces
 In AC/DC static charge eliminators, electrodes are provided along the
active length of the bar, generate ions of both polarities, ensuring that
positive and negative charges are removed from the charged target
 They are powered by HV power sources. They give stable high
voltage output even under severe conditions

 Provides a shower of ionised air to remove electrostatic
charges and/or clean parts and components.
 When connected to a compressed air supply, the ionising air
nozzle converts ordinary compressed air into an ionised air
shower due to the ionising (ionizing) electrodes that are
positioned in the path of the air flow
 Positive and negative ions in the shower of air effectively
neutralise electrostatic charges on the target. The air shower
also cleans the target

 Touching the pad will neutralise static on a
person, protecting them against

 Passive static discharge brush, positioned very
close or nearly touching a charged web will
neutralise electrostatic charges from the
substrate
 Passive discharge brushes are made of filaments
that are extremely durable
 As the fibres are very soft, the passive discharge
brush does not scratch the web even if it is
touching the web
