This document outlines the agenda and objectives for a Toastmasters speech-making workshop. The workshop will guide participants through Kiminari Azuma's speech-making process and mantras. It is divided into three parts: 1) A lecture on Azuma's process and mantras for idea generation, writing, practice, and presentation. 2) A group activity where participants work in teams to write a 5-minute speech on provided topics using the discussed methods. 3) Teams will present their speeches to conclude the workshop. The goal is for participants to experience Azuma's speech-making approach and tools to apply to their next speech.
