The 3-month wellness program resulted in over 200 lbs of weight loss total among the 23 participants. On average, participants lost 9.4 lbs each with a maximum of 25 lbs lost by one person. 75% of participants achieved their milestone goals. Those who actively logged into the online portal on average lost nearly 11 lbs compared to just under 5 lbs for non-users. The program consisted of 12 weekly sessions focused on nutrition, exercise, and developing healthy habits.
