Installation includes set-up and maintenance of
UtiLocate FTP which receives and processes your
One Call Notifications and automatically generates
tickets in UtiLocate ready for processing.
AUTO-DISPATCHING
Tickets can be filtered based on type or location
and auto-assigned to the appropriate personnel or
field locators respo sible for a certain area.
OFFICE CLEARING
Clear your tickets in the Office based on location,
depth, or any other custom method with our Quick
Action Button. It automatically completes your
Locate Form, emails the completed locate to the
excavator, and completes 360 at the One call
Centre. All at the click of a button.
DIGITAL LOCATE FORM COMPLETIONS
Sketch over images, maps, or a blank canvas to
create Locate drawings. UtiLocate uses the
drawings to automatically create locate
documentsas PDF’s before sending them to the
contractor. All your drawings are stored for future
use.
AUTOMATED POSITIVE RESPONSE
As soon as the ticket is completed, your completed
locate gets automatically sent to the excavator via
email or fax depending on their receiving
information.
AUTOMATED 360 FEEDBACK
Eliminate logging on to the One Call Web-site to
check off your 360 status for that ticket. When you
make changes to the ticket, UtiLocate updates the
360 Feedback for you automatically.
