 Courrier receives the job order and reaches to the recipients address

 Form data & PDF File is transmitted to the server instantly

11. Returned items database (under development)
 We are building a DB for previously returned items. For:
 Recipient relocated
 Address could not be reached (wrong building number etc.)
 This DB will be used for future items:
 Address will parsed and formatted
 If it’s found in the DB:
 It will not be transferred to the fields.
 Returned to the sender
 Sender will not lose time, and can act immidiatelly
 Delivery rate results will be better for field operations
 Operational cost will be reduced (for returned items)
