To link a file from Google Drive to an Oracle course page, users first sign into their Google Drive account and drag the desired file into Drive. They then right click the file, select "Share," and copy the generated shareable link. Back in Oracle, users turn on editing for the course page, add a new URL resource, name and describe it, paste the Drive link, and save to insert the linked file.

2. Go to https://www.google.com/drive/ or
click the Google Drive button on any
course page on Oracle

3. Type in your Google email address or if you do
not have a Google account, click “Create account”

4. Type in your password then click
sign in

5. To add a file to Drive, drag and drop it
the file (Blue) to the space provided
(Green)

6. Right click the file in Drive and
click “Share”

7. Click “Get shareable link” then
copy the link that appears

8. Go to the course page on Oracle
and click turn editing on

9. Click “Add and activity or
resource” then click “URL”

10. Fill in “Name”, “Description”, paste the
link in “External URL” then click “Save
and return to course”
