This document outlines the user experience design process for mobile apps. It discusses researching users through personas and market analysis, defining problems through questioning, iterating on solutions through prototyping and testing, and gathering feedback through usability studies. The process is then demonstrated through a case study of redesigning the registration flow for an Android management app. Research identified issues with mid-registration abandonment and complexity. Prototypes addressed this with progress indicators, simplified steps, and reduced text. User testing provided metrics on completion times and ratings of the new design.
