This is a short presentation outlining what we an do to help enhance an event for your either personally or for your business!

2. My Story
After finishing graduate school and continuously looking for the perfect job I realized that If I wanted to
do something that I loved -- then put what you love to do to work for you.
I have been making invitations, cards, announcements, flyers, presentations and signs for over 20 years
and for many of those years I was also planning events, parties, lectures, orientations and educational
programs. I enjoyed doing most of these projects -- but I LOVED the crafts/paper work -- making the
cards, signs and presentations. Finding the right paper for the perfect envelope. Choosing the font and
writing the perfect wording to convey the perfect message. I even liked making the guest lists and hand
addressing each piece of mail. I think it adds that special touch. Then a lightbulb went off in my head --
- Take the part of event planning that you love and bring that to the marketplace.
I am look forward to working with event planners, brides, party planners, corporate event planners,
conference coordinators to assure that their printed materials are perfect. I can't wait to start projects
and help these planners -- professional or not, find the perfect paper, wording and presentation style.
Formal Gala's to informal family reunions to baby or bridal showers. Small guest list? Large guest list?
No problem -- Each invitation will be put together with care from the first to the last. You can handle
the R.S.V.P. list -- or hand that off to me. Once you know how many and whom will be arriving at your
event -- I will hand all the materials off to your planner -- whether it be you or your event professional.
I am also happy to customize the type of list you need so you can use it as a check list to assure you
know whom sent you what as a gift and later use that list for tracking greeting cards, holiday cards or
future Gala's.

9. Specialty Signs, Posters and
Bunting
We would love to help you as you plan your
event to assure everyone knows who they
are and where they are going -- especially if
directions are difficult! We can help to make
one use signs or signage for multiple uses --
use your imagination and your event will be
well attended.
Logo's for Events
and/or Businesses
We can help your event by
creating a unique logo or
adapting your current logo for
your invitations, napkins,
directional signs, programs,
nametags, tee shirts or any other
item you may need to identify
your event and make it special.
PowerPoint Presentations
InvitaScribe created a the Church of the
Good Shepherd’s Music Presentations
for their Healing Prayer Weekend. This
presentation allowed all the music to be
projected onto a large screen so
participants could see all the words to
the songs and participate freely. It also
saved the parish funds as they saved
printing costs for bulletins did not need
to be printed.
