I have been working in the healthcare industry for over 6 years. I have a Masters in Healthcare Administration from University of Phoenix, where I graduated with honors and a 3.98 GPA. More recently this past year I was interested in learning more and to help me become a better manager and find gaps in key performance metrics so I decided to get a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. This I received from Lawrence Tech University in November 2015. I am currently working at WSUPG as a Healthcare Operation Manager where I manage 6 clinics for the WSUPG with the front desk staff of 16 total employees. Some of the departments include Family medicine, OB-GYN, Infectious Disease, STD, TB, and the Neurosurgery department.
