Paula McDonald has over 30 years of experience in social work. She received her Bachelor of Social Work from Muncie, Indiana in 1982. Most recently, she has worked as the Medical Social Worker at Winchester House in Libertyville, Illinois since 1998, where she provides therapeutic services to residents and handles day-to-day management. Prior to that, she was a Foster Care Caseworker from 1991-1994 where she recruited and trained foster parents. She also has experience as a PAL Program Coordinator and Social Services Representative.
