Frame 9 FA/ Equivalent GTs
 Formulated strategy for capturing larger HRSG market globally (on Frame 9 FA gas turbine and above)
 Got “Outstanding Achievement Award” for contribution towards generating healthy business for “Oil & Gas Group”
 Undertook responsibilities as Lead Manager for “Operational Excellence” exercise for fully modular Auxiliary boiler for
export market and “Design to Cost” exercise, initiated by the corporate, for HRSG product
 Successfully developed and launched:
o 3 pressure level with HRSGs for GT based combined cycle power plants
o Bi-drum HRSGs in the market, contributing more than 85% market share since 2001
o Fresh air fired HRSG for Deepak Fertiliser Limited, India
o High pressure bi-drum auxiliary boilers in the export market
o Vertical HRSGs
As Manager- Process Engineering:
 Managed techno-commercial operations involving understanding tender
requirements, preparing clarification & deviation list on the tender document and
generating specifications for equipment such as feed water pumps, duct burners,
industrial burners, fans, steam turbines, Process valves, Level gauges, etc.
 Monitored the evaluation of quotations for bought-out items
 Conducted thermal design preparation, circulation analysis, metal temperature
calculations and pressure & draft loss calculations
 Implemented international codes such as:
o ASME, BS, and ISO besides use of IBR (Indian Boiler Regulation) code for pressure part design
o API 610, API 611, API 612, etc. for Feed water Pumps, Steam turbines, FD fans, etc.
 Led the preparation of process data for instruments such as control valves, etc., BOQ and drawings such as general
arrangement drawing, process & instrumentation diagrams, process flow diagrams, etc.
