 Suggest and improved casted billet with high hydrogen content in closed box to be facilitate
decreased hydrogen content to be help rolling process without hydrogen induced cracks
defect and lose yield of product.
 Suggest and the owner idea of using local Olivin sand from east EGYPTIAN desert as EBT
sand in EAF instead of turkish exported one and used in different SMP plant in EGYPT.
 Suggest and improved laboratory competence by international and local round robin test
laboratory accreditation according ISO17025IEC from local commity and DAP (Deutch
Accreditation Prufung) as international commity.
 Turned laboratory from service unit to production unit by analysis for external clients.with
fees, also as a consultant and third party for different companies.
