This document discusses whether nuclear weapons are a necessity or just a precaution. It analyzes three key questions regarding nuclear weapons. First, it argues that nuclear weapons are unlikely to be used due to unprecedented peace between nations currently and international regulations. Second, it claims nuclear weapons bring mixed impacts to peace, as they can both deter conflicts but also provoke tensions. Lastly, it notes while nuclear weapons may maintain peace between superpowers by deterring war, they also risk escalating conflicts between nations with asymmetric arsenals. Overall, the document concludes nuclear weapons should be viewed as a precaution rather than a necessity.

Crisis and Opportunity
Maintaining international security and pursuing American interests is more difficult now than perhaps at any time in history. The security environment that the United States faces is more complex, dynamic, and difficult to predict. At the same time, no domestic consensus exists on the purposes of American power and how best to pursue them.

financial assets represent claim for future benefit or cash. Financial assets are formed by establishing contracts between participants. These financial assets are used for collection of huge amounts of money for business purposes.
Two major Types: Debt Securities and Equity Securities.
Debt Securities are Also known as fixed-income securities or instruments. The type of assets is formed by establishing contracts between investor and issuer of the asset.
• The first type of Debit securities is BONDS. Bonds are issued by corporations and government (both local and national government).
• The second important type of Debit security is NOTES. Apart from similarities associated with notes and bonds, notes have shorter term maturity.
• The 3rd important type of Debit security is TRESURY BILLS. These securities have short-term ranging from three months, six months, and one year. Issuer of such securities are governments.

Who is a pi merchant?
A pi merchant is someone who buys pi coins from miners and resell to these crypto whales and holders of pi..
This is because pi network is not doing any pre-sale. The only way exchanges can get pi is by buying from miners and pi merchants stands in between the miners and the exchanges.
How can I sell my pi coins?
Selling pi coins is really easy, but first you need to migrate to mainnet wallet before you can do that. I will leave the telegram contact of my personal pi merchant to trade with.

Nuclear Weapons: A Necessity or Just a Precaution?
Nuclear weapons are the ones that depend on nuclear reactions, fission, and the merging
of fusion and fission of atoms to cause destruction. They produce enormous energy from little
matter; nuclear weapons have once been used mainly in the first and second world wars and have
reported massive destructions on the affected countries. Several countries have gone ahead to
produce nuclear weapons. The renowned countries for this include Russia, the U. S. A., France,
China, South Korea, Poland, South Africa, Syria, and many others (Kristensen & Norris).
However, there have always been restrictions on implementing and using nuclear weapons by the
USA and other countries in the UN due to its fatal and residual effects. For instance, in recent
years, there has been a row between the US and North Korea on Whether North Korea should
continue testing its Nuclear weapons or not. It was a heated discussion and nearly escalated war
between the two nations. For this reason, a discussion arises on whether nuclear weapons are a
necessity or just a precaution. Many people and countries view nuclear weapons as à necessity;
however, nuclear weapons should be a precaution because of the many effects on humanity. This
paper has approached this argument by analyzing three key questions once ming nuclear
weapons, giving relevant responses to each.
What is the likelihood of using a nuclear weapon? Several reasons make nuclear weapons
just a precaution. First, a war between nations is unprecedented in this era. No country plans to
2. engage in war with another country. For instance, a country fears to engage in war with another
country for the negative publicity it will receive from other nations. War distances other nations
as they fear engaging in any transactions ar Vlies with a war-prone country (Fib17 ). For
example, many nations fear to engage with any diplomatic agreements or business. Some
countries have even issued travel restrictions to Syria, while others have listed it as a red zone for
its citizens (Leah & Lowther,2017). These effects restrain the economic development of a nation.
Hostility is always not the solution to life problems but just a multiplier of the same. A nation
does not need to have nuclear weapons as the world is already a peaceful place for everyone. It
stores the weapons as just a precaution in case of the rare beginning of unprecedented wars.
However, nuclear weapons are not a necessity.
Another reason that makes nuclear a precaution for this case is that the united nations and
its security council control and regulate the war's beginning. They curtail any chance of waging
war between countries and will take serious action such a scenario occurs. International relations
between countries also play a big part in reducing any incidence of war between countries. The
U. N. in 1946 created a commission to control the use of nuclear weapons across the Selecciona
of war between countries. The world (Pea, 18). In 1996, the Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty was signed
to ban atmospheric testing of nuclear weapons by countries. These activities by the U. N. spells
doom for countries planning nuclear weapons on other countries. They emphasize the
unlikelihood of using nuclear weapons across the world.
Subsequently, the Uraniummineral responsible for the creation of nuclear weapons is
Limited in supply. This is limited in nature and thus allows Further processes to increase
availability. It needs to undergo enrichment using radioactive alone before being used for nuclear
purposes. Enrichment is an extensive process, and not all countries can sustain the cost: of
3. producing nuclear weapons CITATION FIT 1033]. The high cost and the limitedness of nuclear
weapons across the world communicate peace abound the world. Therefore, there is no
significant need to possess you to draw weapons as the probability of using them is minimal.
Countries have argued that world wars are more likely, and so Nuclear weapons are a
necessity .there have always been negative relationships between countries with high social
Status around the world[Mor18 | 1033) example, the recent mishaps between America and Iran
arose after the assassination of an Iranian general, Qasem Solelmani. Also, the now for
superiority between China and America and the threats between North Korea and America.
These reactions call for nuclear weapons to safeguard the nation against adverse consequences
from their foes[ Mor18 I 1033 ]. Countries need nuclear weapons as wars involve allies to the
affected nations, and preparation is crucial. However, this is still just a precaution since it has
been almost sixty-five years since the last world war was witnessed.
Unlike the one, 21 years, this is a long time to ever think of another world war.
Generally, considering the likelihood of using nuclear Weapons in this generation will be
unlikely to make them a necessity for a country. Every country across the world is fighting for
peace, and no one delights in harming another. Moreover, every country is concerned about
improving their international relation as this is the stepping stone to economic prowess. Fights
for economic superiority among first-class countries is directed at helping other third world
countries and luring them to partake in their systems. All these factors preach the goodness of
taking nuclear weapons as just a precaution, and it is not necessary.
Do Nuclear Weapons Bring Peace to a Nation? Nuclear weapons have always brought
mixed views on their contribution to maintaining peace in a country and worldwide. This has
been a significant contributor in determining whether nuclear weapons are a necessity or just a
4. precaution. Generally, for me, nuclear weapons have a minimal contribution to maintaining the
peace of a nation.
First, conflicts do not need crude weapons. Weapons cannot settle civil disagreements in
a country, such as ethnic clashes. Using crude weapons for this case will cause massive
destruction to humanity, something that the human groups would not like( Fih17 ). For example,
the 1994 Ruanda genocide involved simple weapons. Using nuclear weapons for this case could
mean that the whole of Rwanda's population could be wiped out. Syria got nuclear weapons and
has always had constant instability and wars with Israel. Israel, as well, has access to nuclear
weapons, but there is no lasting peace between these countries. Peace is brought by negotiation
and other litigation measures and not the use of excessive force. It is the power of parties and
agreement terms set each. Most occasions are settled by the government (Fih17). This discussion
will be deceiving to claim that having nuclear weapons brings peace to a nation.
Nuclear weapons are a provocation for waging war between nations. Having nuclear
weapons gives a country extreme power, which may lure them into conflicts with other countries
(Fih17). For instance, recently, North Korea threatened to send a ballistic missile to the United
States of America after America tried to desist it from testing its nuclear weapons. America as
well threatened to reply with the same magnitude. This could be a pure destructor of peace.
Owning nuclear weapons also increases the curiosity for testing the extent of their effects on a
country. Countries like North Korea have nuclear weapons, and they are continually looking for
options to use their weapons[ Pol17 l 1033 ]. Their threat to America was severe and driven by
this motive. The possession of nuclear weapons adds pressure to a peaceless environment
worldwide, so it just needs to be owned as a precaution and not a necessity.
5. Nucleapons bring monopoly between two states and thus Intensity conflicts. There is a
higher likelihood of war between countries where weapons and the other lack the same. This is
more likely since nuclear weapon will find themselves superior and belittle the other country[
FIh17, 1033 ]. Undermining will elicit violent reactions from the other country and vest its
simple weapons on its superior defense. However, the "superior" country will not use its nuclear
weapons due to the international restrictions for using nuclear weapons. For instance, there has
been continuous hatred between North Korea and their immediate neighbors, South Korea,
mainly elicited by the possession of nuclear weapons by North Korea[pol17, 1033 ]. The conflict
between these two countries escalates the compromise of peace. Generally, possession of nuclear
weapons is a press for conflict and not peace.
On the contrary, nuclear weapons have helped Maintain peace between superpower
states. The superpower nations have always owned nuclear weapons and have always wanted to
rise to the top and be e Mula ted worldwide (Morgenthau, 2018). The notion of these nations
possessing nuclear weapons has restrained these countries from staging wars with one another.
They are unaware of the magnitude of destruction the nuclear weapons their foes possess. It is,
however, known that the United of America has the most lethal nuclear weapons, followed
closely by Russia and China. However, these nations cannot rely on this information as the area
of nuclear weapons has always been explored by these nations, and numerous advancements
made (Pol17 | 1033 ). For instance, the recent threats by North Korea pose a worrying question
of who has superior nuclear weapons. These doubts among these nations curtail any attempt at
war, thus ensuring the existence of peace.
Nuclear weapons are lethal, and their possession is expected to cause fear for any
provocation of war (Fih17 ,1033 ). However, before, on most occasions, is not the case. Nuclear
6. weapons provoke war definite that the use of nuclear weapons is regulated. Although the use of
nuclear weapons is regulated by some laws, the decisions lie in the hands of superpower nations
whether to use them or not. This is a ticking bomb and exposure to imminent danger for the
world. Therefore, the possession of nuclear weapons is dangerous and not necessary for any
country.
What are the implications for possessing and using nuclear weapons? The use of nuclear
weapons has a devastating effect on humanity. Nuclear Weapons work by emitting radioactive
radiation that can destroy a vast area, killing lots of people. The radiations propagate through
fission and have a more prolonged effect on the affected area ( Pea 18). For instance, the nuclear
bomb was thrown at Japan by the united states on August 6, 1945, killed over 130,000 people in
Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Moreover, more people continued to die four months later, with about
355,000 people died from the effects of injuries, radiation sickness, burns, and malnutrition. The
effects have always continued, even on animals and plants, creating mutations to these
organisms. Widespread use of nuclear bombs may as well interfere with the global climate(
Pea18 ). Nuclear bombs hack lives for plants and animals as well as rendering land infertile.
Destruction of Vege eans there would be increased carbon (IV) oxide atmosphere that will
eventually lead to global warming. Global warming would be responsible for increased
temperatures responsible for sunburns; also, there will be increased famine across the world.
These effects spell a reduced lifespan for not only humans but also other living organisms.
Nuclear weapons derail the economic growth of a nation. Over The years, countries with
greater financial power are the ones that have continuously been involved with nuclear weapons
(Kristensen & Norris, 2017) lower-income countries have tried to invest in nuclear weapons have
failed, and their economy has declined. For instance, North Korea, under the dictatorial
7. government of Kim Jong Un, has invested immensely in the production and testing of nuclear
weapons. The country has had a low per capita income, with about 60% of the population living
below the poverty line[ Pol17 ( 1033 ]. Investment in nuclear weapons is expensive as it requires
several hidden costs. With the restrictions provided by the Directorate of Defense program in the
United Nations, a country has to incur a deterrent cost for every nuclear weapon produced and
owned (Lietal., 2016). These halt the growth of a Country; hence they are not necessary to the
country at all.
Testing of nuclear weapons is dangerous to human health and activities. On the nine
major countries involved in nuclear weapons, testing of their weapons is usually done
underground (Markaba, 2018). Nuclear weapons produce blasts that have enormous effects that
accompany them. A blast produces an exorbitant amount of energy that is enough to shake the
tectonic plates below the ground; this move is a major contributor to the occurrence of
earthquakes in the neighboring area. Also, an explosion from nuclear weapons may generate
more thermal radiation explosions. This is dangerous in that it can begin fires on vegetation and
even render the ground infertile. The normal radiations are also responsible for skin burns in
humans. Nuclear explosions from nuclear weapons emit large amounts of gamma and neutron
radiation(Fih17 | 1033 ). These kinds of radiations are responsible for the formation of cancerous
cells in humans. Testing of nuclear weapons close to the earth's surface poses a risk of the
particles falling to the earth's surface (Markabayeva, 2018). The debris obtained from nuclear
reactions mix with the soil particles and finally is carried out to the surface by participation or
wind. Fallouts create radiative effects on humans in the long run without their consent.
The idea of the creation of nuclear weapons has given rise to new technologies that are
more beneficial to humans. The formation of nuclear weapons involves the fusion and fission of
8. atoms (Lietal., 2016). This concept has enabled countries with nuclear power to generate
electricity. For instance, it is reported that about 10% of the world's population uses electricity
derived from nuclear reactions. Nuclear technology has also evolved in the medical sector. The
machine has been used to treat to detect and treat some illnesses—for example, chemotherapy in
the treatment of cancerous cells. Nuclear energy is as well crucial in the transport sector (Lietal,
2016). Mostly, spatial engines or naval crafts use nuclear power to propel themselves. However,
this is just limited to a few countries with advanced skills. Another reason for the support of
nuclear weapons is that they are the most reliable weapons. These weapons can propagate
themselves and have a higher success rate than other weapons; maybe, for some reason, call for
the necessity of nuclear weapons.
Nuclear weapons promise much harm to humanity than the good it gives. Most of the
good is derived from the technology used but not the weapons themselves. Across the world and
the science world, every moment, anything producing radiation is harmful to human health.
However, almost every device and machines involved in lessening work produce radiation. This
argues favor of nuclear weapons to some extent, but the question arises as to what amount of
radiation do these things produce? It should be understood that radiations from nuclear reactions
are much and more fatal than those from other devices. This discussion abolishes the necessity of
nuclear weapons to a country.
The argument of whether nuclear weapons should be a necessity or just a precaution will
always prevail, and everyone has different perspectives on this topic. However, after Analyzing
three major concepts involving nuclear weapons, a resounding victory for viewing nuclear
weapons as a precaution is viewed from this paper. Nuclear weapons have been seen to have
negative impacts on the economy of a country, human lives, and plant lives. The disconnect is
9. that nuclear weapons do not majorly contribute to a peaceful life on this planet and the
probability of using them is almost zero. In my opinion, nuclear weapons are unnecessary to a
country and should just be taken as a precaution.
