The “Union Nationale des Mutualités Socialites” (UNMS) [National Union of Socialist Mutual Benefit Insurance Companies] recently started using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to improve the service it provides to its affiliates. This software enables it to manage no fewer than 3 million affiliates. It records each contact with an affiliate, whether physical or virtual, via post, e-mail or call centre. The new “dossier 360” [360 folder] provides the UNMS and the federations with an overview of the contacts with its affiliates.
