Coahuila state has implemented projects in economy, society, and environment. Socially, it has expanded basic services and invested in education. Economically, it is a top producer of manufacturing and mining. Environmentally, it protects biodiversity like the desert and controls coal extraction. Proposals include assessing community needs, educator training, job creation, export quality control, and ecosystem protection.
