Develop and distribute a community report card on
education to promote dialogue about community
education challenges, goals and progress.
Strengthen a community-wide collaboration and
awareness of developing a 21st century workforce
throughout the community, public entities, nonprofits,
and the business community.
Improve the alignment of public education curriculums
with employer needs with greater focus on career
pathways.
3. All In MISSION:
Double the number of young adults with
postsecondary credentials with labor market
value by 2015.

Sustained an active Leadership Team and
Workgroups who meet regularly.
2016 Community Indicator Report on
Human Capital and Education was released
in January.
Presented report to the Community at the
Chamber’s State of Education
6. Currently working to:
develop a large scale internship program for
students at TSC & UTRGV in industries with
high demand occupations.
Understand the gaps in the pipeline between
credential attainment and the workforce.
Reach middle school parents to link
endorsement areas to future workforce
needs to improve understanding of academic
requirements and earning potential of future
employment.
