I am an accomplished communications and marketing specialist, project manager and trainer with over 25
years experience fortifying institutions and communities with 21st century qualities that assure market presence
and sustainable value. My most rewarding roles include working with leadership in realizing growth goals
through the facilitation of shared vision consortia and strategic plans.
My history in grantsmanship has been vibrant over several decades; yielding over $21 million in community
financial investment, with emphasis on sustainability and energy efficiency. As a humanitarian advocate, I
bring advanced skill in directing projects of significance addressing renewable energy, poverty, cultural
intolerance and minority inequity, drug and alcohol prevention, and human rights. I am driven by a vision for
creating sustainable communities and am privileged to have access to a wide-ranging network of experts,

Northeast Ohio: responsible for the management of the largest municipal energy efficiency give back
program in the United States (2011 and ongoing). A $16 million dollar grant allocation program distributed
over 10 months to 162 communities across 10 counties in Northeast Ohio, representing the collaborative
creation of 333 energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives. The energy cost savings (returned wealth) to
cities, local business, and residents resulting from this project continue to rise.
