Habits of Mind • A formulation of  16  Habits  of  Mind  that  describe  the  characteristics  of  people  who  are  remarkable/intelligent   performers and, what they do when they are confronted with problems
Why have we engaged with this philosophy? ,[object Object]
What is my role?  #   To facilitate and support the  infusion  of these ‘habits’ in to our  Kura values & beliefs / the way we do business /  classroom practice / classroom programmes #  To facilitate  staff mtgs  around HoM #   To oversee finalising the Kura ‘ posters ’  #  To ensure these posters are  displayed  in each whare  #  To follow up on the  implementation  of the programme  #  To create a supportive  learning journey  for all in an online reflective  forum (Kura wikispace)  #  To gather evidence and track each whare’s learning journey  (Strategic plans) #  To observe the ‘ teaching and learning ’ of the HoM in classroom  practice #  To feedback and feed-forward some possibilities in regard to these  posters becoming ‘ living ’ charts  #  Encourage  student voice  i n  all  whare
