We live in Spain. Spain is a country located in the
Iberian Peninsula in the southern part of Europe.
There are 17 autonomous communities and 2
autonomous cities in Spain.
The autonomous communities are divided into
provinces. There are 50 provinces in Spain. The
capital city is Madrid.

Spain is bordered by the Pyrinees, France and the
Cantabrian Sea in the north.
The Mediterranean Sea borders Spain to the east,
the Strait of Gibraltar is to the south and Portugal
and the Atlantic Ocean are to the west.
