UNICEF sent 20,000 water, sanitation, and hygiene kits to Mali to help combat a cholera outbreak, which had already killed six children. Each kit serves a family of six and will help approximately 120,000 residents, half of whom are children. The kits include items like jerry cans, buckets, and a six-month supply of soap and water purification tablets.
