Anger Triggers What things/actions/words/ gestures /voice tones make you especially angry? When and where do you feel most angry? Where do you feel anger? At school? At home? At work? Who do you feel angry around? Authority figures? Males? Females? Children?
Tips For Working With Anger   Time out: Release energy by running or yelling or breathing. Make a strong statement: Make a statement about feeling angry.  End your statement with “…and I feel really angry about that.” Count down: Instead of escalating, count down from 100 Breathe through: Sitting and taking deep breaths  Self expression: Any outlet that you can use to express yourself
White Ribbon Campaign   The White Ribbon Campaign is the largest effort in the world of men working to end violence against women. In over fifty-five countries, campaigns are led by both men and women to educate men and boys on the effort to ending violence against women
