4. The pedantic Blu is a sensible guy with a
big heart, which he often hides in a shell of
inaccessibility. He loves his routine and believes
every day should look exactly the same. And it
used to… until Berry entered his life!
Despite their many differences, our heroes are truly ride-or-die best friends leaning towards frenemies
dynamic every once in a while. Surrounded by nooks and crannies, they live under the Cecylia’s house.
There, her red cat is on the watch for any mischief they might plan!
The world of Blu and Berry
Berry is a true wildcard. He acts first, thinks
later. He unapologetically enters Blu’s home, and
apart from the chaos, he lets in a fresh breeze
of the outside world, previously absent from
the den. He’s a vagabond, used to a life on the
road, taking pleasure in comforts of the stable
household, he gets to experience living in the
den.
5. The quiet and peaceful life of Blu is turned upside down
when Berry gets trapped in the cat’s fur during one of
his adventures! With no way to untangle himself, Berry
is then taken away to the faraway corner of Cecylia’s
house…
Blu, worried sick for his unruly friend, sets off on
a journey through various rooms where he has to
overcome numerous obstacles in order to bring Berry
back home.

Unique selling points
In the animated series, Blu and Berry can
communicate with each other without
the words - and the game will stand by this
approach.
The text in the game is kept to the minimum,
making it very child-friendly and less
difficult to localize.
9.
10. Unique movement system
Unique selling points
Blu can either walk normally or curl up into a ball and float in the air!
This unique mechanic can help the player progress through otherwise impossible obstacles -
like the sea of spilled milk on the kitchen floor.
Wind also plays an important role as it can influence the direction of Blu’s floating; that way we
are able to create some easy environmental puzzles that will keep the gameplay engaging.
11. Educational message
Blu finds various items during the exploration of the house
and uses them in completely new ways. Something that
might be perceived as just useless trash will therefore find
its new purpose!
12. Upcycling stands at the heart of the
game. Napkin will become a parachute,
toothpicks can be used as a vaulting
pole… Even old candy wrapping can
be turned into sledge!
Simple items will diversify the
gameplay and allow us to
create more interesting
locations.
