Brightline is expanding passenger rail service in Florida with Phase 2 connecting West Palm Beach, Orlando, and Miami. The private investment of over $1.3 billion will enhance infrastructure, increase speeds up to 125 mph, and promote transit-oriented development around stations located in city centers. Safety is a top priority with upgrades to over 180 grade crossings, a new signalization system, and positive train control technology. Stations are being designed to integrate seamlessly into surrounding neighborhoods and allow for walkable access.
