Exercises include flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, internal and external rotation of the shoulders, as well as flexion, extension, supination, and pronation of the elbows. Wrist exercises include flexion, extension, ulnar deviation, and radial deviation. Thumb exercises involve flexion, extension, abduction, and opposition. Finger exercises include metacarpophalangeal, interphalangeal, and distal interphalangeal flexion and extension as well as abduction and adduction. Each exercise lists the range of motion in degrees and instructions in Tagalog on how to
