8. Volunteering helps people feel they make a difference — that they do have the power to change things for the better. When people depend on you, it can change the way you look at yourself. You can feel proud of the goals that you've achieved for an organization — whether how small it is. I shall pass through this world but once. 9. Volunteering is also a great way to get a perspective on your own life. Sometimes it's easy to get consumed by worries about your grades or the fight you had with your friend or parent. And although these things are very important in their own way, sometimes it can be helpful to get some distance and think about other things. Volunteering lets you focus on others and see that your involvement in the world can be meaningful.

16. Seeing all these made me say…. So this is CESDEV Very inspiring, new information For us, we don’t know where and how to start. Should we continue ? How can I make a great Impact?

18. Values and beliefs Three nurses went to heaven, and were waiting turn to plead their case to St. Peter to enter the pearly gates. The first nurse said, "I worked in an emergency room. We tried our best to help patients, but occasionally we did lose one. I think I deserve to go to heaven." St. Peter looks at her file and admits her to heaven.

He pulls out a calculator and starts punching away at it furiously, constantly going back to the nurse´s file. After a few minutes St. Peter looks up, smiles, and said, "Congratulations!
