Disaster Recovery
DR Plan - Utilizing the services of a third party site and restoration is
from tape. Recovery method - Utilizing EMC BCV technology. 2 hours
to perform a restore. currently in the middle of a tech refresh on DMX
frame so the technology will change once the VMax is brought on-line.
However, methodology will be similar.
Development restores from tape and takes about 8 hrs. Backed up once
a week.

Defect Fix cycle
Identified Defects once assigned to Wipro Development team will follow the below process:
Resource assigned to look into the defect will start with Analysis in the Development environment and
will identity the fix subsequent to his analysis.
Post Analysis, the assigned resource will go ahead with the required develop activity to fix the issue.
Once its fixed he will do unit testing to check if the desired functionality is achieved through the fix.
After completion of the development process, with the help of the onsite coordinator the code will be
moved to UAT testing environment with the help of Tyco IS IT team. End Users/Business Team will
carry out the testing to verify whether the issue is fixed or not.
After successful completion of UAT and all the defects raised during UAT are addressed, the code fix
for the defect will be moved to production.
Enhancements
Enhancements assigned to Wipro Development team will follow the same process as described
above.
