Progressive insurance company is based out of US and is using Oracle applications 11i for their
business process. Now they are upgrading to Oracle R12 (12.3). CSC is working on R12 upgrades
which involves multiple modules like AP, AR, FA, SLA, PO, iExpenses and OM. Progressive has
done many customizations for the standard oracle business flows based on their requirements. CSC
is working on the standard R12 up gradation, retrofitting the custom objects and new enhancements.

CSX Intermodal is a multi-modal form of transportation that uses rail and road to efficiently move
consumer goods in containers and trailers through domestic and international supply chain. CSX
pays for the repairs to equipment entering, exiting and stored in its facilities. It needs a system to
identify the repair work orders & approvals based on rules and threshold, the payable invoices for
which it needs to re-bill to suppliers. CSX will use a customized bolt-on IEMM solution to record all
the Work orders and payables invoices. Supplier invoices will be posted in Oracle payables, after
which they will be eligible for custom Re-Bill processing. Custom forms will be provided to create
Work orders.
Contribution:
• Design and Development of the custom solution for CSX – Intermodal Equipment
Maintenance Management

Korean Airlines is having customizations and development for CMRO modules like engineering,
configuration management, planning and execution. This project is having major customizations
