Project Interface: Special Offer Campaign Fulfillment
Reliance Jio is one of the Greenfield digital telecom enterprise which rolled out the
4G/Volte service across India. Special Offer Campaign Fulfillment is providing offers
and status of campaign bind to the customers on various criteria's such as MSISDN ,
Device serial number, IMEI, etc. on real time basis with TIBCO BW for integration
with other channels.
Developed a web services for enrolled campaign status to customer account based on
MSISDN, Serial number & IMEI.
Developed the TIBCO BW code for the real time offers fulfillment which involves
checking of the offers bind etc. performed by a privileged customer, validating against a
particular rule and if evaluated fulfilling it and providing the benefits and status to the
customer from channel interface.
Developed the TIBCO BW code for query into the Target ME API after successful
processing offer.
Prepare the TIBCO EMS scripts for queues, topics, bridges creation and grants assign to
required users.
Performed the deployment of the code in TIBCO Admin and testing the same.
Performed the exception handling in the code.
