This document discusses STARE-PODS, a proposal to NASA/ACCESS-19 to develop a scalable data store for earth science data using the SpatioTemporal Adaptive Resolution Encoding (STARE) indexing scheme. Leveraging the Cloud for HDF Software Testing

The introduction of DLAU and the CCB & CCX licensing model caused quite a stir in the HCL community.
