4. Promote regional convergence in innovation indicators.
Strengthen the sector's agents in R&D&I (wastewater
treatment, reuse, resource recovery, etc.).
Promote Procurement of Innovation (PPI) tools in the competent
Regional Administrations.
Improve the coordination of all the agents in the sector, through the
development of an innovative management model.

5. Main Objective
Creation of new trans-national and trans-regional associations between
stakeholders of the water sector with a high capability for mobilizing existing RTD
projects and creation new ones, in order to meet the WFD and the Innovation
Procurement (IP).
