USB Port Diodes Box
Assembling(Mechanical System)
1. Assemble wheel and metal
plate using screws and
washers
2. Attach alternator to the
wheel-plate assembly from
step 1 by epoxy

3. Drill holes on metal strips on
proper places (depends on
bike) and attach them on
bike frame in the back by
U bolts. Use washers to
adjust the placement to
ensure parallel with the bike.

4. Assemble alternator and
rubber wheel with strips by
screws.
5. Adjust the entire placement
to ensure the wheel is in
position all the time.

6. Solder electronic components
to the PC board and connect
them by wires according to
the circuit diagram on next
slide.

7. Attach the PC board to top of
the box using screws. If the
box is metal, elevator the
PC board in case of short cut
by adjusting nuts.

8. Connect the input wires of the electrical
system to the output wires of alternator by
soldering.
9. Attach the box wherever you like on the
bike!
10. Now you can charge your phone while
biking!
