Purpose:
To know important qualities inside a company,
discuss ideas about sales strategies and to express
events in the past.
 COMPETENCIES:
Describing company colleagues, describing a
product and a company profile. Being able to to
understand, report and interpret information by
listening, to comprehend information by reading
texts, to contextualize information and to express
ideas in oral and written way in business contexts
applying appropriate grammar elements.


To apply English language elements to
describe products using adjectives and
past tense.
 Product:
An email and an oral presentation of a
product uploaded at www.youtube.com.

 A summary(biography)
Remember:

room. Include the link of your oral

2. Describing people
Product: A summary based on a reading.
Search a biography based on a famous
entrepreneur and write a summary of
his/her life. Include important facts and
explain why you consider him/her
important. Submit it and publish it in your
portfolio including his/her picture.

GENERAL ISSUES TELL ME MORE: To reinforce the communicative competencies related to an elementary level in daily life as well as in business contexts.  You will be given a username and a password to start working in the Tell me more platforms. COMPANIES , SALES, AND PEOPLE Guideline 1 Purpose: To know important qualities inside a company, discuss ideas about sales strategies and to express events in the past.  COMPETENCIES: Describing company colleagues, describing a product and a company profile. Being able to to understand, report and interpret information by listening, to comprehend information by reading texts, to contextualize information and to express ideas in oral and written way in business contexts applying appropriate grammar elements. 
  • 5. ACTVITIES Actividad 1. Presenting a product. Actividad 2. Describing people. Actividad 3. Project. (FIRST STEP)
  • 6.  Presenting a product To apply English language elements to describe products using adjectives and past tense.  Product: An email and an oral presentation of a product uploaded at www.youtube.com. (Open a channel)  A summary(biography)
  • 7. Remember:  Word document with the email describing a product and the draft of the product presentation sent through the virtual room. Include the link of your oral presentation done in www. youtube.com and the learning check guideline.
  • 8. 2. Describing people Product: A summary based on a reading. Search a biography based on a famous entrepreneur and write a summary of his/her life. Include important facts and explain why you consider him/her important. Submit it and publish it in your portfolio including his/her picture.
  • 9. Activity 3 PROJECT: INFOGRAPHICS The project will be done in 4 steps, each one with a submission in each learning guide. First step: Mind map and Chart See instructions.
  • 10. Practice READING SKILLS Facts Facts are statements that can be proven.  Facts may be true or false. But facts can be proven. Examples 1. Statistically, women live longer than men. 2.
