Main contents and activities of the project: Empowering and supporting the group leaders/teachers by giving them the tools to deal with and to prevent (gender-related) conflicts and misunderstandings in the group/class. To develop basic understanding regarding gender roles (masculinities, femininities, others?) and social expectations. To learn basic terms related to gender issues. To develop ability to identify different forms of discrimination in the group/class and everyday lives. * Youth in Action Programme, “Migration: From Inclusion to Employability a Sustainable Process”. (Project funded by the EU, August 2014 in Larnaca, Cyprus). Main contents and activities of the project: Enable youth with migrant background to be active citizens, different aspects of migration in different context, human rights and values, empowering people/volunteer services to support mutual dialogue and understanding development of better and equal opportunities for young migrants to access to the labour market. * Youth in Action Programme, “Motivation – just do it”.
