A worldview is the set of basic assumptions that help people make sense of reality and affects their actions, thinking, and behaviors. Everybody has a worldview, whether biblical or not. It is important to know the truth because many will be deceived and God will send a strong delusion for those who do not love the truth. Jesus is the truth, and knowing the truth through spiritual experience and knowledge of God's word is important for salvation.

PRAYER,
Almighty and everlasting God,
you despise nothing you have made
and forgive the sins of all who are penitent.
Create and make in us new and contrite hearts,
that we, worthily lamenting our sins
and acknowledging our brokenness,
may obtain of you, the God of all mercy,
perfect remission and forgiveness;
through Jesus Christ our Lord,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever.
Amen.

God said that my commands are not difficult to obey. However, we have seen the history of Israel. They were exiled all over the world because they did not obey God’s commands. So is it difficult or easy? In fact, the key lies in whether you use the world’s methods or the Kingdom of God’s methods? When you use the world's methods, the obstacle you encounter is God. He will not let you do what you want to do, because He says that if the Lord does not build the things of the world, whatever built will be uprooted. So we need to know how to obey God’s commands and use God’s methods, but He requires us to become His children. But before we can become children, we must obey His commands. So, which comes first, the chicken or the egg? This dilemma is that before God requires others to be disciples, you must be a disciple before you can lead others to obey God's commands. A332
The Bible is very clear as to what our purpose in this life should be. Men in both the Old and New Testaments sought for and discovered life’s purpose. Solomon, the wisest man who ever lived, according to scripture, discovered the futility of life when it is lived only for this world. He gives these concluding remarks in the book of Ecclesiastes: 13 “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil”. - Ecclesiastes 12:13-14.

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375

Editor's Notes
Today we’re kicking off The Truth Project. What is it? Only 9% of Christians have biblical worldview. No difference between believers and non-believers. Objective: To learn about and the importance of having and living a biblical or Christian worldview in our daily life.
Whatever you watch, you listen, read, it will go through the filter of your worldview, whether it’s biblical or not. Ex: darrell’s comments about mother nature. Because of my biblical worldview, I didn’t accept that cause I believe it’s God
At the end of this project, the underlying question we want to be able to answer is: Do you really believe what you believe is Real? (Repeat 3 times) Some of us have been Christians since birth. Have been in church since little. Q: Why did you come to church? Q: Why did you become a Christian? Many people becamse Christians because of want to get SAVED, HEALED, BLESSED, SUCCESS, etc = GOOD BUT If those are the ONLY reason/foundation when those things hasn’t happen or won’t happen then WHAT? LOSING and ABANDON your FAITH? Many Christians looking for COMFORT, & HAPPINESS. Kalo sampe hidupnya ga Comfortable or Happy there must be something wrong with me or with GOD. Not that it’s wrong.
Trials, tribulations, sickness, challenges, problems! Don’t believe: Paul (author of 75% NT) never got healed, Job lost virtually EVERYTHING, Joseph was gonna be murdered, sold instead, became slave, di fitnah, dipenjara. Di bible has so many reference to show how sometimes God allows suffering and ga ngasih material blessing, kesembuhan, sukses, etc. So then what, do you still believe in what you believe as Christians? Ex personal experience (jobless 1 yr, 50% prev income, baby rash, tenants not paying rent for 5months). God what happened to always increase and not decrease, the head and not the tail. Please don’t get me wrong, I’m not asking for your pity or symphaty or anything. Praise God till today we are still able to pay our bills and our mortgage including our inv prop di OC. Ga pernah default. (Puji Tuhan gaji lebih kecil tapi dikasih istri yg baik yg ga jadi merasa lebih tinggi). But my point if those things don’t happen then what? Stop following and worshipping Jesus? Charismatic vs GKI. Charismatic - spiritual experience, GKI - knowledge of the bible
If the foundation of our faith in Christ only rely on experience ALONE (spiritually or physically = comfort, happiness), we will surely be DECEIVED by the devil. Makanya elo bisa bilang kegereja tiap minggu, kecg tiap jumat, melayani tiap minggu, tapi kalo ga punya this knowledge of Truth you will be deceived.
We’ve heard the truth shall set you free (John 8:32). Ex: marvella, tell me the truth because the truth shall set you free. She’s referring to facts not the Truth. A lot of people mistake facts and Truth. Due to political correctness, the dictionary meaning of Truth has changed and often confused people between facts and truth. Do you gay means happy? Do you know what cute means? UGLY but ADORABLE. Then What is truth?
Ill: somebody who is working for the FBI to detect counterfeit money was asked, there are so many different kind, different method of counterfeiting money. How can you learn about all of them? There’s just too many? Answer: I don’t have to learn all the counterfeit ones. I only need to make sure I know inside out the real one in order to detect counterfeit money.
When Pontius Pilate asked “What is Truth?”, the Truth was on the trial. He thinks Truth is only a “what” but not realizing truth is also a “Who.” The truth is on trial. You’re on trial because somebody accuse you of being or doing something. Kamu pencuri, pemerkosa, perampok, Law of gravity Mathematical principles: 1 + 1 = 2 , not 3, 5, 11 Yg baru masuk USC try tell your professor, 1 + 1 = 11, dari mana college nya SMC pantes masuk USC Univ of second chance
What you think is right might not be right for me? Hitler 6 millions, saddam killed 3 million kurdishtan, punch orang ambil dompet orang It’s ok: To steal if you are hungry (Katrina, Americans bisa jadi looters juga loh not only indo) To cheat your taxes, the government is corrupt anyway To cheat on your exams, everybody is doing it even the teachers know it but didn’t do anything about it. To have premarital sex because everybody is doing it, as long as we both mutually agree I’m not raping anybody To have sex with multiple partners, threesome, same sex person as long as we like it and we love each other It’s ok to cheat your spouse and commit adultery with somebody else’s wife. The husband didn’t treat her right anyway. Holywood celebs does it, Jon and Kate did it . Ex: widy These are the lies given by the devil, remember he is the father of all lies, in him there is no truth. In the end he wants everybody to perish with him together in hell. It is very important for Christians to have biblical worldview. Otherwise, why do we become a Christian if we have the same worldview as the non-Christians.
Do you really believe what you believe is Real? If you don’t know the Truth through personal encounter and His Word, you will be deceived, you may come to the pointe of losing your faith and abandon your Christian walk. If we think that the foundation of our faith is only to get saved, to get healed, to get blessings, boy how we will surely be deceived by the devil, the father of lies. Do you know that God allows suffering so that kita makin kenal Tuhan. Ayub 42, dulu dari kata orang saya tapi skrg dia melihat Tuhan
