The Concept of Trust in International Relations And the Iran-Brazil-Turkey Agreement Question.
- The Concept of Trust
“ The acceptance of vulnerability to harm that others could inflict, but which we judge that they will not inflict”.
- Iran Iran is signatory of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). It is a non nuclear weapons state.
- Brazil and Turkey Relationship based on Trust. Interaction. Cooperation. Efforts to create, too, an environment based on Trust.
- Agreement
- Agreement The three countries reconfirm their participation in the NPT. Support to Diplomacy. Peaceful Middle East. Exchange of Nuclear Fuel
- Agreement “ We express our strong belief that we now have the opportunity to begin a prospective process, which will create a positive, constructive, non-confrontational atmosphere, leading to an era of interaction and cooperation.” “ The Islamic Republic of Iran appreciates the constructive efforts of friendly countries, Turkey and Brazil, to create an environment conducive to the realization of the rights of Iran in the nuclear area.”
- Conclusion Trust is the key to any treaty, specially in the International Relations. There’s no real proof thar Iran has any nuclear weapon. Countries, such as USA, still have nuclear weapons. A ny activity on the international stage should be based on mutual trust. The world shoul support this kind of initiative.
