The Reserves Network offers Total Staffing Solutions through a core business that consists of traditional staffing services that include temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire placements in the office, industrial, professional and technical markets. Founded 1984 About Our Name The origin of the company’s name and its red, white and blue colors can be traced back to Founder & CEO Don Stallard’s days as an officer and pilot in the Air Force, particularly the time he spent on active duty in the USAF Reserves. Branch Operations The Reserves Network has branch offices located throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida with a strong network of affiliated companies. Growth Average growth rate of 20% via internal growth and acquisitions. Employees Over 150 internal employees and expect to place approximately 20,000 employees in temporary, temp-to-hire and direct-hire positions this year alone. Customers The Reserves Network has over 1,000 active customers of all sizes in a multitude of industries.
S ERVICE  &   S UPPORT  C ENTER The Reserves Network has the resources of a national provider with the care and attention of a local service.  Field offices are backed by the company’s Service & Support Center (SSC), which is located in the Cleveland suburb of Fairview Park, Ohio. V ETERAN  O WNED The Reserves Network’s Founder & CEO Don Stallard retired from the United States Air Force Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel.  His most recent positions were Deputy Commander of Resources and Squadron Commander for airlift forces at Rickenbacker ANGB, Ohio and Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio, respectively.  Don also served five years on active duty in the Air Force as a jet pilot and is a decorated Vietnam veteran.

A trained and audited Safety Risk Management Team. Customer specific Safety Training and Development of Programs. Extensive Worksite Evaluations and Mock OSHA Inspections. OSHA Certified Staff and authorization to conduct OSHA 10- and 30-Hour Training Courses. Accident Investigations. Member of the National Safety Council.
C OMMUNITY  I NVOLVEMENT The Reserves Network makes a practice of giving back to the communities and industries it serves with numerous chamber of commerce memberships, visible presence in staffing industry professional organizations and actively contributing to numerous charities and civic groups. Here’s a list of some of the organizations we have provided support to:  American Red Cross, Hospice, Susan   G .  Komen Foundation, Project Wounded Warrior, Junior Achievement, Toys for Tots, United Way, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, March of Dimes, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Harvest for Hunger, Children’s Miracle Network, Special Olympics, Flag Day Walk, Dress for Success, Goodwill, Race for the Cure, Diabetes Walk ,  Public Broadcasting, support area booster clubs and high schools.
Paperless Check Program, employees are paid through Direct Deposit and Pay Cards rather than traditional paper checks. Auto-Application Process, applicants can apply for positions through a  paper-free process.  E-Procurement with vendors and customers to eliminate paper usage.  Desk Side recycling. Toner Cartridge recycling. Discourage the usage of landfill products (IE: Styrofoam cups, plastic utensils, etc.). Recycling Statement on Email Signature Files. Use of Energy-Efficient Lighting. Distribute Environmentally Friendly Items at Trade Shows. Recycling Education Program. Received the Environmental Protection Agency’s  ENERGY STAR®  rating for our Corporate Headquarters in Fairview Park, Ohio.
