Akansha Srivastava completed her Master of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi in 2009. She holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Institute of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow from 2010-2014. Her thesis at IIT Delhi involved developing a photoanode based on tungsten trioxide semiconductor for reducing carbon dioxide to fuels using solar energy. She has work experience in extracting herbal extracts, producing biodiesel, and process design. She is currently a teaching assistant at IIT Delhi and has experience coordinating cultural events.
