Hypothesis
Tricycle is a super helpdesk that offers people
who are looking for a short advice or service a
platform for finding the suitable expert to provide
that. At the same time professionals who wish to
offer their expertise can do so and will be easily
found.
A prototype for the website showing the basic
functionality of Tricycle will help us to test this
with potential clients and freelancers and learn
more about the business opportunities.
First draft website functionalities:
- Add/Post - Search through the projects using
different criterias - Integration with collaborative
tools: Video conferencing, Document Sharing
(Google Docs), Chat
- Users management
- authentication
- create/profile
- inviting people to get involved in the project
(Search for members using different criterias)
- Highlight users location in the website
- Contact us: Review the website STATUS: on my
list
- Issue invoices
- RSS feed for publishing the projects
- Blog

• We need more research on the payment
system and the collaboration tools
(video/chat etc).
