contract closure and collections as they successfully closed contracts with long-standing issues and
collected millions of dollars in the process.
Acquisition Due Diligence (DD) Recognition (2010). Acted as the functional lead for the contracts DD
effort for a new acquisition (NARUS). Boeing’s Corporate office deemed this DD effort for contracts to be
“…the most complete Due Diligence effort for contracts I have ever seen.”
Negotiation Closer (2010). Was called upon to step in on two significant negotiations where the company
had reached an impasse with the customer – both settlements were resolved to Boeing’s satisfaction
while maintaining a favorable customer relationship (SIGDEV, AMOD w/ Northrup Grumman).
Alternate Disputes Resolution (ADR) for $550K (2007-2008). Lead Negotiator in the settlement of a
contract claim/dispute, by way of Alternate Disputes Resolution, which led to a favorable settlement in the
favor of The Boeing Company.
Entitlements & Settlement (2005-2006). – Successfully pursued outstanding claims for inappropriate
DFAS withhold of payment. Collected supporting documentation, prepared customer briefings, and
successfully negotiated the return of $2,091,648 in outstanding claims. Involvement and settlement
eliminated protracted legal dispute and minimized legal costs/expenditures.
“AIS LEADERSHIP AWARD” (2005). Negotiation Team Leader on major proprietary program that
successfully mitigated program risk with deleted scope, negotiated base/award fee, and favorable award
fee provisions (rollover and payment provisions)
REA Identification (2004). Spearheaded the identification and submittal of at least five (5) proposals and
entitlement letter totaling $160,000,000. Ignoring these REA opportunities would have significantly
eroded program earnings.
“Outstanding Achievement Award” (2003). Instrumental in the development, submittal, and negotiation of
a claim submitted to NASA. This claim yielded approximately $90,000,000 in direct EAC benefit and
$145,000,000 in risk avoidance on a Fixed Price Contract.
“President’s Honor Award for Leadership Mastery” (2001). Instrumental in the successful pursuit and
negotiation of a satellite procurement contract with a new customer – unseated the incumbent.
“Chairman’s Honor Award” (1998). Created an innovative opportunity that enabled the company to
achieve an additional $875,000 in earnings on a Satellite Procurement Contract.
“Individual Achievement Award” (1994). Author of a “Flat Rate” cancellation cost agreement for a $34M

“Team Achievement Award” (1991). Team Leader of a joint (Government/Contractor) effort that
successfully implemented an innovative “Repair Pricing Methodology.” The innovative repair pricing
methodology established a creative fixed repair pricing methodology (parametric-like) and saved several
