1. To cleanse the body externally from the effects of black magic or evil eye, one can use cupping, take baths with ruqyah water, and massage with ruqyah olive oil. 2. For the baths, one mixes water, apple cider vinegar, and salt and recites ruqyah before each use. 3. The massage should be done after bathing to allow the oils to deeply penetrate the pores. Doing so before sleep can aid healing.

1. How to treat the body from outside to remove
the effect of sihr or evil eye.
To clean the outside of the body from the effect of sihr or evil eye, the patient can do it by
three ways. The patients should combine them for better results
1. The Hijamah or cupping is a must when it come to deal with the effect of sihr or
evil eye.
2. Bath or shower with Ruqyah water.
The patient can take a bath ( 15mn to 20 mn) with ruqyah water like the way of detoxification,
but, they need to read the ruqyah on the liquid ingredients ( vinegar and water). They need
three ingredients: 2 liter of water, ½ apple cider vinegar and 1 cup of salt.
Read ruqyah on these liquids ( put your mouth in front of the opening of the container ) and
blow in it every time you finish reading a surat or ayat: read surat al -fatiha, surat al-Falak and
surat Annas. These are the surat that are used in the ruqyah from the Sunnah, but the patients
can add other surat or ayah from Quran if they wish. For example, they can add ayat al -alkursi,
and the two last ayat from surat al-bakarah. Finally, read dua for healing and dua for seeking
refuge from evil ( we find them at the end of this article) on these liquids.
The patients don’t need to read on the liquid for every bath. They can read on the bottle of
apple cider vinegar and a big container of water, and every time they want to take a bath they
can take ½ cup of apple cider vinegar and 2 liter of ruqyah water and mix it with the bathtub
water. The patient doesn’t need to stay naked; she or he can wear a tee-shirt and light pants.
Alternatively to this method, the patients that don’t want this technique, they can mix 2 liter of
ruqyah water and a few tablespoons ruqyah vinegar and some salt and pour it on themselves
after they finish their shower.
The patient can take a Bath, with ruqyha water, once a week. But, they can pour water on
themselves everyday if not every two or three days, if not one time a week.
3.Massage:the patients can rub their body with olive oil ( good quality) that
they read ruqyah on it in the same way they did with water and apple cider vinegar. The
massage should be done, preferably, after shower or bath because the pores of skin are still
open and the oil can sink deeply in the body. For better result, the massage should be done
before the patients sleep and after they washed their body with ruqyah water.
