This document outlines a training program for vocational education teachers in teaching methodology held in 2012. The program covered a variety of teaching methods including six thinking hats, learning cafes, gallery walks, discussions, learning circles, e-learning tools, and reflection activities. It also included workshops, assessments, cooperation with working life, competitions, study visits to workplaces and schools, and cultural presentations. The goal was to expose teachers to useful teaching methods they could apply in their own classrooms.
