Legal d om ain which ensures our customers the correct information and interpretation of laws in the country of reference with the option and then apply that knowledge in collaboration of legal and contractual innovative and always to vanguard for:

a. establishment of legal structures  in order to optimize the fiscal and economic offerings from internationalization;

b. Development Company processing constituent acts, statutes;

c. amending acts of incorporation with drafting and filing documents to the Registry

Companies in the country of reference;

d.  legal acts of support  and advice to the customer;

e. support in processing of contracts and legal transactions

  9. 9.

4. Financial Consulting: We help the Clients to identify and use the correct resources to develop their investment projects. The main sources that the experts will address the group in the analysis for the establishment of the financing portfolio for the client are:

A. FORGIVABLE LOAN that is :

a. Development of the Structural Funds (European and national)

b. Functional Funds (grants)

c.   Support Fund (state aid)

d. Funds for training (training and retraining)

B. LOAN FINANCING is:

a. Bank loans

b. Leasing

Note: Our experts will take care to prepare the necessary documentation so that projects could fall within the parameters of eligibility tax laws.

A.Consul ting in Italia, Rep.Moldova, Serbija, R.I. Iran, Romania, Kyrgystan
  10. 10.

3. Fiscal consulting Tax planning is one of the most important activities of a company for non production costs , for unbalanced cash flow or to administrative costs that you have, and last but not least, receive undue punishment for bad during inspections conducted by regulatory bodies. For this reason, the client provides a range of services.

In this philosophy agree support services :

a. Others   accounting and obligations inherent;

b.   Problems of tax procedures;

c.Administrative and legal remedies against acts of tax administration and public service;

d.   Representation in court with tax bodies, even if inspections or c ontrols;

e.Economic and financial analysis, reporting, management accounting, formulation budget forecasting, forecasting .

A.Consul ting in Italia, Rep.Moldova, Serbija, R.I. Iran, Romania, Kyrgystan
  11. 11. A. Consu lting - An example is Romania for the period 2010 – 2013 For the production activity are available up to 19.7 billion Euros for agriculture are available up to 13.3 billion Euros, with peaks of funding non-refundable reaches for some action is 80% of financed value and even in the case of local government 98% and 100% in some special cases, such as certain research and development projects.

    Detailing these services, it offers:

a. Others   Control of the characteristics of applicant's eligibility referred to the different types of possible financing and help in the choice of most responsive tools;

b. Eligibility check of the project and any suggestions to maximize access to available funding

c. Creation of pre-feasibility studies

d. Implementation of feasibility studies

e. Develop business plans and investment planning

f. Preparation of documents for project financing (non / refundable) and all its annexes

g. Support and project management in the period prior to filing the application for funding

h. assistance on procedures and participation in public procurement

l. advice and information on advertising mandatory

  12. 12. A.Consul ting unfortunately too often the offshore companies have been used for purposes other than their natural function being illegal, but illegal is illegal ...

5. Training Company OFF-SHORE : One of the most skilled and specialized features, which makes it possible to build companies with very sophisticated solutions in any jurisdiction having as common denominator:

a. Taxes (taxes, excise duties) reduced

b. Management Trust (OUTRIGGERS JACKS / multilevel)

c.  Banking Secrecy

There is a 'but' to emphasize : not all offshore structures are effective and comply with all local laws, therefore becomes crucial analysis of the problem and the baselines, verifying the implementability, the advantages and disadvantages.

          The Client is so to be sure of obtaining effective solutions , safe , and extremely short timetable for establishing practices in the conduct of legal, tax, needed to start the society activities.

  13. 13. B. Energy Sector : The philosophy pursued by the Group and parent is having more energy produced at low environmental impact both present and future, providing improved and durable life quality.

The Group has focused, over the last 6 years, on its economic efforts to acquire and upgrade skills in the construction of plants for the production of electricity, becoming a real competence and reference thanks to its network of collaborators and partner companies, consulting first, then design and construction of plants for energy production of type:

1. Hydropower

2.   Photovoltaics

3.   Wind

4. Thermoelectric power from municipal solid waste

Technological knowledge acquired allow the construction of plants with emissions values tending to 0 (where a single truck at a traffic light EURO 2 firm pollutes more ...) and residues compatible with a ecologic system.

- NOTE: The possibility of being able to mediate agreements with major players for the power provision services completes the various services.

  14. 14. B. ENERG Y SECTOR

1 . Hydroelectric power :

The group is organized to perform the search for potential sites for both the design and construction of hydroelectric plants; plants and micro plants reengineering of their own or third parties.

The main types of turbines used with fully automated electronic management are:

Type Kaplan : suitable for turbine to watercourses and channels with low and medium flow and starting to fall from 2 meters. The heart is in the innovation made to the impeller where the blades are adjusted automatically according to the level and scope of water that allows the turbine to boost up its load metric range.

Type Francis is a centripetal flow turbine, the water reaches the impeller through a duct spiral that can exploit both the speed of is water pressure. To optimize the operation of the turbine expansion of water is extended below the atmospheric pressure in order to create a vacuum effect that can increase pressure and therefore the amount of electricity available.

  15. 15. B. ENERG Y SECTOR c. T ype Pelton : the turbines are in the case of rivers with big jumps and small-scale giving the best performance. The water will flow through the blades of the averaged jets and synchronized and minimize friction losses resulting optimization of the rand. - Next to the direct production of the group offer, provide and build : - Hydro accessories including grilles, doors, pipes, c onveyors - Conversion systems - Automatic cleaning systems basins - Integrated water regulation - Bridges to transport electricity
  16. 16. B. ENERG Y SECTOR

2. Photovoltaics: by means of these different types of semiconductors in photovoltaic cells is converted from the radiant solar energy into electricity. As their performance to this day can not support a pure business plan the latest generation of solar panels begin to glimpse a minimum of cost . Our group can offer "turnkey" construction of solar fields with:

     a. Solar panels for electricity generation : who are the ones that have a better economic relationship between cost and yield. They become cheap because of the contributions of state and the green certificates. The best have a 7 years Bep.

     b. Solar panels to produce hot water which have their own function for users with low consumption of water outside at night. In fact they are used in a mixed solar / conventional plant.

Reality present us observe a certain degree of convenience in those countries where the public sector finances heavily with grants and green certificates .

  17. 17. B. ENERG Y SECTOR

3. Wind: exploitive force of air currents, whose kinetic energy is transformed by propellers connected to turbines into electricity. Again the economical is tied to state contributions and generosity by the management bodies in the purchase's electricity.

Our company is able to supply wind turbines and provide both the design of wind farms with turbines in their realization that the major producers.

  18. 18. B. ENERG Y SECTOR

4. Thermoelectric power: the main forms that use the principle heat 's activation of the turbines are:

  a. Incinerator that use fossil fuels such as coal, gas and biomass.

b. Nuclear incinerator: which use uranium as fuel usually enriched

     c. Incinerator using municipal and special waste: which have the dual effect of producing electricity and steam for thermo-heated on one side and improve the environment by removing the landfill by another.

Our Group in recent years and specialized and this has met top-level partners such as A2A SpA, in order to give all the answers and to perform the design development until the keys hand, where everyone is talking about what we do not know,

                                                                                               WE MANUFACTURE!

  19. 19.

Treatment of rejection has 3 key moments from which its development depends on final energy purposes:

a. Collection and its differentiation, where you must try to minimize the presence of glass and ferrous and non ferrous metals, which reduces the calorific value which, although differing from area to area, you can consider the average value of about 1600-1800 kcal / kg. This allows for a ton of MSW approximately 410-430 kWh. This report can grow significantly with a collection "push" and objective characteristics inherent MSW, who can lead to power relations have calories to 2400-2600 calories with average proportional growth of electricity.

b. Deposit: with the design of new incinerators allows you to disappear for the unpleasant odor characteristic of the deposit of municipal waste in landfills, in particular during the summer months,

B. ENERG Y SECTOR : Municipal solid waste incinerators : managing waste collection
  20. 20.

makes it practically impossible life in residential neighborhood a radius of several kilometers. Also incinerator solves the problem of pollution of soil and groundwater underneath, leading to the carcinogens produced in places difficult to control in their final results, and is often found in fruits and vegetables that we consume daily .

These problems (odor and groundwater pollution) are not resolved by tipping, much less with the separation of the moist (CdampR), used by a system of anaerobic microorganisms to produce methane gas,. This is in theory, because the reality speaks of failure in more than 70% of the experimental facilities.

b. Superior capitalization : The technical solutions are multiple, but the best for reliability and actual performance in construction of grate , the much-vaunted plasma furnaces (which our company and able to build and deliver) have in fact the problem who require long and costly stops for maintenance .

B. ENERGY SECTOR: Municipal solid waste incinerators: storage
  21. 21.

The benefits of an incinerator are:

a. Obtaining a cost to the heater equal to 60-80 Euros / Gcal, against a price of the product of a coal-power plants of 110-130 Euros;

b. Production size of 1 MWh every 3-5 tone of CDR;

c. Substantial reduction in the cost of landfill management and enhanced recovery of recyclable materials;

d. Annulment of pollution of groundwater and the unbearable odor of traditional landfills;

e. Substantial reduction of air pollution in comparison with both, gas and power from coal;

f. Greater incentive to separation

B. ENERGY SECTOR: Urban solid waste incinerators: HIGHER VALUE
  22. 22.

The technic al partner is recognized as a major player in Euro pean areas of electrici ty production, management and recycling of solid waste. The figures are impressive because of the group :

B. ENERGY SECTOR: Urban solid waste incinerators: ACHIEVEMENTS
