The trailer will include the following key elements: 1) The happy marriage of a couple is disrupted when the husband begins acting strangely and obsessively towards his wife after their children leave for university. 2) Scenes showing the husband's changing and darkening behavior are intercut with happier scenes from the beginning of their relationship. 3) The wife seeks advice from friends who discover the husband had issues with past relationships, shocking the wife. 4) Their argument escalates when the husband finds the wife with another man, proving his suspicions.

2. Story Line…
For my movie trailer I want to make sure that the whole of the movie comes across to the audience so that they
know what the film is about as well as it being left a mystery in the end so that they are wanting to see more,
which is a good technique to use in a trailer as it means that the audience will see the movie in the cinemas to
find out what happens.
Finalised Idea#1
A man and wife are living a happily married life after sending there children off to university that summer, they
have moved into a smaller house for the 2 of them and are settling into the their new life together. The man
starts acting very strange and becomes obsessed with her, not letting her go out or see any friends. Her friends
notice this more than she does at the beginning, she is trying to ignore the fact that his behaviour is changing.
After her friends have pointed this out to her, she has started picking upon the signs and realising some things
wrong. She seeks advice from her physiologist friend, who is fascinated by this change in character and looks
into his life before, finding that he has issues with his behaviour towards his partners.
But in the mean time she is seeing more of her colleague at work as she doesn't want to be around her
husband, this makes him even more suspicious of her behaviour. Her friend shows her what she has found out
from previous relationships, she's shocked as she had never experienced him like this before. She confront him
about the obsession with her and people before her and also how its effecting her social life. He denies the
problems, but he knows that its a problem and is effecting his life majorly.
The husband catches his wife and her 'friend'. He is disappointed and upset that she would do that, this make
him angry and proves his 'suspicions' all along about her. The husband leaves her and gets away, leaving her
with her 'colleague'
Extra details
The wife is American and has come over from the states just for her husband, but when things are turning
upside down she is doubting whether her decision to move to the UK was the right one. She is alone and has
no one really that she can talk to, except a couple colleagues at her work, that she turns to for advice on her
husbands change in behaviour.

• Her finding out about his past, shocked and scared.

• It is going to be set in a city location such as London or Birmingham.
• Actors/Actresses are going to be famous stars that the audience will recognise as we
have found that this is big part of the trailer and attracting the audience.
• Direction is also going to be well-known as this attracts the audience to the film
more
• The release date for this movie will also be added to the trailer at the end to show
the audience when they can go and see the film at the cinemas, the date of release
will be the last Friday of the July as this is when the audience (older teenager/young
adults) will be able to see the movie as it’s the summer holidays.
