Authentic Italian cooking, homemade pasta, desserts, brick oven pizza and
                              so much more!

                           FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Tosca, being open for less than 1 year is delighted to announce a special visit
from Chef Gordon Ramsay. While the name itself may induce anxiety, strict
discipline and even outright fear, Ramsay has been recognized as the second
most respected Chef on the internet. He is also noted as one of the best Chefs
in the world with hundreds of restaurants to his name and a TV empire that is
implausible. While filming Kitchen Nightmares in nearby Montclair, Ramsay and
his crew visited and dined with us at Tosca, leading up to a short filming for lunch
on July 7, 2011. During his dining experience at Tosca, Ramsay met with
Alberto Traficante and John Ammitzboll, the owners, and complimented TOSCA
on his meal, which were Pesto pasta and our Margherita pizza. He also
congratulated TOSCA for “doing it right in such a short amount of time”. Tosca is
looking forward to the airing of the Kitchen Nightmare episode on September 30,
2011, where the clip from July 7, 2011 will be shown!
