Tony Lopes has extensive experience in the dairy industry and agriculture. He grew his registered Holstein herd to over sixty head while managing finances, breeding, and development as the owner/operator of Tall-TL Holsteins from 2002 to present. He also works in all aspects of a fourth generation dairy farm, including employee management, transition cow management, and strategic planning. Lopes obtained a B.S. in Dairy Science from Cal Poly with a 3.35 GPA and holds a registered animal specialist certification. He has held several leadership roles, including president of Los Lecheros Dairy Club and Central Region Vice President of the California FFA Association.
